WSAM ceramic rubber liners are composed of rubber, plus 92% and 95% of high alumina ceramic, and 5mm base metal plate with studs for easy installation and removal. They are manufactured using the hot-vulcanization process.

The rubber liners are composed of ceramic of various shapes/sizes such as square, rectangular, hexagonal, cylindrical, spherical, etc. They also feature a 45 +/- 5 Shore A hardness on which rubber matrix absorbs mineral impact, which can be increased according to operational needs. Ceramic rubber liners are based on a 5mm carbon steel plate or, alternatively, T500 plates, depending on the user's design and operational needs.

The total thickness of the ceramic rubber liners will depend on operational conditions, particle size, drop height, transfer point design, etc.
