The core of our conveyor belts is composed of 2 to 5 plies of synthetic EP or PP fabric. These fabrics guarantee a good tensile strength-to-weight ratio, flexibility, low elongation, high load capacity, and chemical resistance.
WSAM conveyor belts are designed for the transport of coarse and fine ores, with coatings made of rubber with extraordinarily resistant to wear and tear, abrasion, and cutting. WSAM belts are antistatic and are manufactured with strength up to 3150 N/mm and width up to 3000 mm. High-stress conveyor belts are available with built-in cross reinforcement.
We offer steel cord belts from 650 to 2400 mm width with longitudinal tensile strength from 500 N/mm (ST500) to 6300 N/mm (ST6300) with reinforced anti-abrasive coatings, resistant for the transport of sharp cutting materials or high lump size materials for heavy-duty applications. Our belts have minimum coating thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 8.5 mm.
The steel cords are hot-dip galvanized and have diameters between 2.6 and 12.8 mm. They are manufactured in 7x7 or 7x19 designs, although other designs are available upon request. The steel cord design allows good penetration and distribution of the rubber.
Chevron-type belts of 17 and 35 mm high cleats have been developed to meet the specific requirements of inclined transport.
